The 2014 Decatur Book Festival was awesome!

As always, the presenters were fantastic. I was able to hear Pearl Cleage (shown with her in the above pic), Joshilyn Jackson, Cassandra King, Jerald Pope, and Ron Rash. So inspiring! Now I have new books to read and new inspiration for writing. I also have my manuscript for May back from the copy editors. I'll be making the needed corrections and sending off to the five agents who requested full manuscripts. Say a little prayer, cross your fingers, offer a blessing, or wish me good karma - whatever it is you do to hope for success!
